The kitchen is already equipped with a complete fitted kitchen by the current tenant, which the new tenant
\ncan be taken over against a distance (700,-) and there is even room for the small breakfast table.<\/p>\n

The bathroom, small and narrow as is typical of old buildings, is a white daylight bathtub.<\/p>\n

2 rooms next to each other and connected by a door. Both rooms are spacious and bright and offer plenty of space for individual design.<\/p>\n

The 3rd room is then oriented towards the back of the house.<\/p>\n

And there is also a private cellar compartment.<\/p>\n

Berger Stra\u00dfe is one of Frankfurt's most popular shopping and entertainment streets. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the "Bornheim Mitte" subway station and therefore has optimal connections.<\/p>\n
