\nMany of the apartments in the building are owner-occupied and therefore provide a very well-maintained and quiet living environment.<\/p>\n

The apartment available for rent is located on the second floor of the building; there is no elevator.<\/p>\n

The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people or to a family with a maximum of 1 child.<\/p>\n

You enter the apartment on the 2nd floor into a comfortable hallway area, from here you have access to all rooms. <\/p>\n

The walls are covered with white woodchip wallpaper and freshly painted white. The floor is a high-quality and decorative vinyl floor with a chic wood look.<\/p>\n

A highlight of the apartment is certainly the new and very large balcony directly adjacent to the living room with a wonderful view of the green area.<\/p>\n

The other two rooms can be used as bedrooms, children's rooms, guest rooms or even as a home office. <\/p>\n

The kitchen is already equipped with a complete fitted kitchen, which is to be taken over by the new tenant for a fair + small fee of only \u20ac 250 (oven door = not 100% functional). <\/p>\n

The small white bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and window; another advantage is that the toilet in the separate room has already been completely modernized.<\/p>\n

In addition to a small storage room in the apartment, this apartment also has its own basement compartment.<\/p>\n

And there is a bicycle cellar and a drying room for general use for all residents of the building.<\/p>\n

Heuchelheimer Stra\u00dfe in Bad Homburg, a very quiet location, the house is surrounded by well-kept green areas. Bus stop about 5 minutes from the house.<\/p>\n
