At the end of the hallway there is access to the first room and through this room you go to the second room. Access to the large west-facing balcony is from the first room.

And there is also a separate cellar compartment.

The house in Obere Grenzstraße near the Kettler Hospital, the connection to the motorway and the access to the S-Bahn are easily accessible on foot.
