You enter the apartment into a comfortable hallway area.

Immediately to the right is the new daylight bathroom with bathtub and next to it from the hallway is access to the kitchen. This is equipped with all the connections for installing your own kitchen. There would certainly also be space for a small dining table for breakfast.

At the end of the hallway there is access to the first room and through this room you go to the second room. Access to the large west-facing balcony is from the first room.
